Refund policy
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Due to COVID-19, only defective items are eligible for returns and refunds. Please make sure that all items are correct before ordering. This is to maintain product safety and hygiene.
If you need to return a product, please refer to the instructions below.
1. Email a product return request to coffeenteaessentials@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving the product. Please include the following in your request:
- Reason for returning the product
- Picture of the delivery receipt/invoice
- Picture/video of the product that will be returned
2. Once your request is approved, please return the product and receipt/invoice to us within 5 or 14 working days* by shipping it through a courier** or by returning it to our office.
3. After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for damages and missing items.
4. Upon passing the inspection, we will refund its value in the form of cash or store credit.
We will not accommodate or approve returns if:
- The request is incomplete.
- The request was sent more than 10 working days after receiving the product.
- The products are not returned to us.
- The products are returned to us beyond the allowed time period.
- There is no proof that the product is incomplete.
- The sealed packaging is tampered with.
- The products are not defective. Minor deformities and discoloration are not considered as defects if the product is still functional and safe to use.
- The products are damaged by the customer's preferred courier/cargo forwarder.
*Customers in Metro Manila are given 7 working days to return a product while customers outside Metro Manila are given 14 working days.
**We will shoulder or reimburse the shipping cost if the product is defective or if we are at fault.
